Making our way through the difficult terrain that Swamplurk features was unexciting at best. A couple weeks after the events that took place at the previous temple, we arrive at the next. That morning, I decide to go at full strength. The others claim that the air around me seems darker, but that doesn’t make any sense. I don’t see any difference, but I do know that I can punch things into oblivion with this strength, so it may be useful. At any rate, we enter the first floor of some sort of ancient temple that was composed partially of tiered balconies. We enter the first tier of the temple, Cara and Thoragen in front to check for traps. They decide to go forward themselves first, inside a long empty hallway. The front door closes in front of us, and Cara and Thoragen are gone when we reopen the door. Yelling out for them appears useless, so Krellem decides to levitate himself and check the hallways. Some time later, the others return to us from outside the temple, saying that they were placed into a pit they had to climb out of. Seems like there might be an interesting adventure to be had in the temple.
Exploring the top tier seems to be relatively more lucrative. We find a special glowing potion that appears to be a combination of potions, among other common household items. I wonder what else is in store for us.
